Wood comes to life in the hands of master craftsman Jeff Thurston. For over 25 years, he has been building fine custom cabinets, windows, doors, moldings, timber frame construction, complete additions, and historically accurate restorations for clients in central New Hampshire and throughout New England.
Jeff has built his business around the principle of craftsmanship. This includes a knowledge of — and an appreciation for — traditional woodworking and construction techniques like the joinery, timber frame construction, and flush-fit cabinetry so amply evident in his work.
Because he is a craftsman, Jeff helps his clients achieve their highest visions for projects within their homes, businesses, or organizations. It also means that he is continually learning, maintains the highest of standards, pays close attention to detail, and is careful about meeting schedules, deadlines and budgets. This approach results in custom work that is highly valued for its architectural beauty.
Many of the structural and decorative components that comprise a Jeff Thurston project are built in his shop and assembled on-site. The higher tolerances provided by accurate shop equipment, and the controlled environment of the spray booth for finish work, are two reasons why component construction in the shop can mean much higher quality results.

“Having Jeff as a resource significantly enhances our capabilities as a general contractor. I can approach a project knowing that whatever detail I may need, Jeff can duplicate or build it.”
